Stated they were going to file a civile suit against for a credit card.I asked documentation be sent through the mail, stated they could not send unless I agreed to a form of payment. Told me I should get a loan through Lending Tree.

THIS IDIVIDUAL IS CALLING MY HOUSE WITH ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAYING THAT I AM FACING FRAUD CHARGES FOR NOT PAYING BACK A PAYDAY LOAN WHICH IS NOT TRUE.

I received this call this morning at 2:33 AM, with an automated message about pressing "1" to reactivate. I'm going to file complaints with every agency I can. But not after I call these f*****s and ream them a new one.

If you call the number back, it tells you that it's for a political research company. Listen long enough and it gives you an option to "press 1" to remove yourself from their calling list then hangs up. I did it and no more phone calls tonight.

I was informed by James Brown that I owed an outstanding debt to a payday loan company, and that I would be a getting charges pressed on me if I didn't pay this. I asked for documentation of this and he said that he could not provided it to me. I said that until I have proof regarding this matter I would not pay He wasn't to happy with me and said that he was only doing his job. I said that I understand that but that I still wouldn't be giving him any money.
